NASSAU COUNTY DISTINGUISHED SERVICE TO VETERANS AWARD APPLICATION 2020

 

     Nassau County Veterans Service Agency is pleased to announce the "Distinguished Service to Veterans Award". Each Year they seek to nominate and recognize individuals in Nassau County; that have answered the call to serving our Veterans. This individual will have to have shown what it means to be a leader in their local community and exhibit a positive impact in the lives of our Veterans. They ask that you nominate any individual that has been instrumental in volunteering and serving Veterans in the community

     Nominations can be handwritten or typed; and should stress the nominee's volunteer service to Veterans in the community. The nominee for the award may be a Veteran or Non-Veteran.

     Please mail the completed application to the Nassau County Veterans Service Agency, 2201 Hempstead Tpke, Bldg Q, East Meadow, NY 11554 as soon as possible, but before the middle of August 2020.

    The VSA ask that you please limit it to one nominee per application form. However, multiple nominations may be submitted.
